펫 이름, 돌봄 기록, 설정은 이 PC의 앱 데이터 폴더에만 저장돼요. 우리는 서버를 운영하지 않고, 이 데이터를
받지 않아요.

키보드·마우스 반응은 이용자가 동의한 경우에만 켜져요. 이때도 마지막 입력 시각과 커서 위치만
PC 안에서 펫의 반응에 써요. 누른 키, 입력한 글자, 비밀번호, 클립보드, 화면 내용은 읽지 않고, 저장하거나
보내지도 않아요. 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있어요.
- 앱에는 광고, 분석, 추적 도구가 없어요.

Creem이 판매 대행자(Merchant of Record)로서 결제를 처리해요. 결제에 필요한 정보(이메일, 이름, 결제 수단, 청구

이메일로 문의하시면 답변을 위해 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 보관하고, 목적이 끝나면 지워요. 법령에 따라 보관해야
하는 경우는 예외예요.
4. 웹사이트
- 쿠키와 분석 도구를 쓰지 않아요. 선택한 언어만 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 저장돼요.
- 사이트를 호스팅하는 업체가 보안과 운영을 위해 접속 기록(IP 주소, 브라우저 정보 등)을 남길 수 있어요.

1. The App

Your pet's name, care history and settings are stored only in the App's data folder on your computer. We run
no servers and never receive this data.

Keyboard and mouse reactions are only on if you agree. Even then, only
the time of your last input and the cursor position are used, on your computer, for the
pet's reactions. Keys pressed, typed text, passwords, clipboard and screen content are never read, stored or
sent. You can turn this off in settings at any time.
- The App contains no ads, analytics or tracking.
- If we ever add online features, we will update this policy before they are released.
2. Purchases
Creem processes payments as our reseller and Merchant of Record. The information needed for payment (e-mail,
name, payment method, billing country, etc.) is collected by Creem and handled under the
Creem Privacy Policy. To
confirm orders, provide support and keep tax records, we can see the order details Creem shares with us
(e-mail, name, country and purchase history). We never receive card numbers or other payment method details.
3. Support e-mails
If you e-mail us, we keep your address and message to answer you and delete them when no longer needed, unless
the law requires us to keep them.
4. This website
- No cookies and no analytics. Only your language choice is saved in your browser (localStorage).

Our hosting provider may keep access logs (such as IP address and browser details) for security and
operation.
- External sites such as Creem or Pinterest have their own privacy policies.
5. Retention and deletion
- App data stays on your computer and is deleted when you remove the App and its data folder.
- Order details are kept for the period required by tax and other laws.
